Terms of Use for Squarify: Cyber Dots & Boxes

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Squarify: Cyber Dots & Boxes ("Squarify," the "Game," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Squarify, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's applicable terms and conditions governing App Store applications and purchases.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Game.

2. Apple and App Store Terms

Squarify is distributed through Apple's App Store.

Your use of Squarify is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, conditions, and policies, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

These Terms are between you and the developer of Squarify and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Squarify, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with Apple's applicable requirements, Apple's applicable requirements will control to the extent of the conflict.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Squarify on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or its content.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
